Job description
Located in the mountains outside of Idaho Springs, Lazercat is a cannabis company
dedicated to producing the highest-quality product while having fun doing it. We specialize in
high-quality solventless concentrates and cartridges. We are looking for a full-time Cultivation
Manager who is a dedicated, reliable and positive person and who can lead a team and be a
role model.
This is a demanding position with the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the production

QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
● Must be current Colorado resident
● Five years of cannabis cultivation experience, including three years in management
● Detailed knowledge of cloning, veg, harvest, fertigation, IPM
● Experience with irrigation systems, ventilation, lighting
● Current MED support or key badge
● METRC experience
● Proficient in IPM
● Reliable transportation, with winter snow / mountain driving ability a must

Preferred:
● Aroya experience
● IPM Applicator’s license/certification
● OSHA experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Plan and assign tasks for Grow Team
● Oversee workflow and completion/accuracy of daily grow tasks
● Room monitoring and crop production
● Schedule for Grow Team
● Schedule for IPM
● Taking clones
● Irrigation / fertigation (set up, plumbing, mixing of nutrients)
● Crop Steering
● Mentoring and training of Grow Technicians
● IPM schedule creation and updating
● Pesticide tracking / ordering / application
● Safety
● Creation of plant tags, plant counts, tagging of plants

● General facility and grow bay maintenance tasks
● Ventilation, air quality, Light Dep
● Ordering and deploying bugs
● Oversee Harvest
● Oversee room cleaning and re-set after harvest
● Track plant characteristics for strain development and success
● METRC use
● Personnel reviews / interview potential new hires
● Development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures
● Advise Directors of Operations on Grow & Harvest related issues
● Weekday availability. Generally, four 10-hour shifts, with some flexibility for evenings
and weekends

COMPENSATION:
● Starting pay $30 per hour, with scheduled performance reviews and the opportunity to
progress to $34+ at the end of one year.
